Terms & measurement notice

1. Purpose of RestoSketch

RestoSketch is a field documentation and sketching application intended to assist restoration, mitigation, estimating, inspection, and related workflows. Features may include room capture, camera-assisted measuring, manual sketching, floor-plan editing, photos, moisture and equipment documentation, project reports, exports, backup, and team services.

2. Measurement notice

Measurements may be generated from supported camera, sensor, or device capture systems. They are intended to assist documentation and estimating workflows and may contain measurement, recognition, alignment, or geometry errors.

Always verify critical dimensions before construction, fabrication, material ordering, insurance settlement, or any other work where exact measurements are required. The user is responsible for reviewing measurements, room geometry, photos, notes, reports, and exports before relying on them for professional work.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for entering accurate project information, obtaining any permissions required to capture or store project data, reviewing project output, and using professional judgment before making decisions based on the app.

4. Device and feature availability

Some features depend on supported Apple hardware, operating-system frameworks, camera or sensor availability, network access, storage-provider permissions, or other services outside RestoSketch’s direct control. Feature availability can vary by device and configuration.

5. Storage, backup and exports

Users may choose where supported backup copies are stored. Third-party destinations such as personal cloud accounts, company storage, or shared folders are governed by the user’s relationship with those providers. Users are responsible for maintaining access, storage capacity, permissions, and backups appropriate for their work.

6. Accounts and teams

Account and team features must be used with accurate information and appropriate authorization. Users must protect their sign-in credentials and are responsible for activity performed through their account or authorized team access.

7. Acceptable use

RestoSketch may not be used to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute malware, or intentionally interfere with the service.

8. Service changes

RestoSketch may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Pre-release descriptions on this website may change before public availability.

9. Warranty and liability framework

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, RestoSketch is provided for professional assistance and documentation rather than as a guarantee of measurement accuracy, loss scope, coverage, estimate value, engineering suitability, or code compliance. Final production terms should include liability language appropriate to the legal entity and jurisdictions where RestoSketch is offered.
