Product features

One app. A complete field workflow.

Explore the tools behind RestoSketch — project intake, room capture, editable plans, field documentation, equipment, storage, support sharing, and delivery.

01
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Give every sketch the job context around it.

Project details are part of the saved record, so the floor plan can stay connected to the customer, claim, loss, and current work stage.

Customer contacts

Homeowner phone and email plus an optional secondary contact.

Job + property

Job number, property address, and optional saved property location.

Insurance + adjuster

Claim number, policy number, carrier, adjuster name, phone, and email.

Loss details

Loss type, cause of loss, and optional date of loss.

Restoration stages

Intake, Inspection, Mitigation, Drying / Monitoring, Reconstruction, On Hold, and Complete.

Project organization

Open and completed views, project duplication, and richer project summary cards.

Expanded search

Search by name, address, job, claim, carrier, adjuster, and other project context.

Unfinished scan recovery

Keep project information even when room capture has not been completed yet.

02
CAPTURE

Use the capture method that fits the room.

RestoSketch is designed to keep the project moving whether the device supports full room capture or the space is better handled manually.

Smart Scan

Use supported Apple room-capture frameworks to collect room geometry, openings, and spatial context.

Camera Measure

Measure room corners without requiring LiDAR, then close the room and continue to the next space.

Manual Sketch

Start blank, use a premade room shape, or create the room wall by wall.

Saved room templates

Save reusable room shapes on the device for repeated layouts.

Multi-room projects

Review one room, then scan or build the next without leaving the project.

Automatic scan photos

Optionally save useful field views while scanning with selectable photo coverage.

03
EDITING

Make the plan match the field.

The 2D editor is designed for correction, not just viewing. Geometry changes update the displayed wall measurements as the sketch changes.

Exact wall length

Enter the length you measured instead of accepting the captured length.

Connected-corner editing

Move wall endpoints while keeping connected geometry together.

Parallel wall movement

Nudge a selected wall inward or outward with precise adjustments.

Undo + redo

Step backward or forward through supported project geometry edits.

Doors, windows + openings

Correct captured surfaces or add a missed item to a selected wall.

Exact opening placement

Use measured width and distance from the wall corner to position a new item.

04
DOCUMENTATION

Keep field findings attached to the project.

Photos, readings, notes, and plan markers remain part of the job record instead of becoming disconnected files.

Project photos

Add project media and keep it in the documentation workspace.

Moisture readings

Record moisture findings with supporting photos and room context.

Damage pins

Mark damage locations directly on the 2D sketch.

Moisture pins

Link a plan location to moisture documentation when applicable.

Equipment + safety pins

Use plan annotations for equipment, safety items, notes, and photo context.

Documentation scope

Work at the project or room level so records stay organized.

05
EQUIPMENT

Build a dedicated drying-equipment layout.

Equipment Scan reconnects to a saved project so equipment can be placed against the project geometry and reviewed before saving.

Automatic placement

Detect supported equipment while moving through the project.

Manual placement

Use a crosshair to place an item when automatic placement is not the best fit.

Room assignment

Review the detected type and room association before saving.

Supported categories

Air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers are represented in the current workflow.

Equipment library

Review learned equipment examples by supported category.

Teach Equipment AI

Add examples to improve recognition for the equipment you actually encounter.

06
STORAGE & BACKUP

Choose where project copies belong.

The storage model is designed around customer choice instead of forcing every job into one vendor-controlled destination.

On My iPhone

Keep the working project local to the device.

iCloud Drive

Use the app-managed iCloud workflow for supported backups.

Google Drive

Use a folder selected from the customer’s Google Drive workflow.

OneDrive / SharePoint

Use Microsoft-backed personal or company-controlled storage.

Company folder

Use a supported shared folder, NAS, file server, or company storage path.

RestoSketch Cloud

Use the optional managed backup and restore service when enabled.

Automatic backup

Choose automatic or manual backup behavior.

Restore + deletion policy

Restore supported backups and control what happens to backups when a local project is deleted.

07
DELIVERY & SUPPORT

Carry the project forward without losing the field record.

RestoSketch can package the project for handoff and create a separate temporary support workspace when a job needs troubleshooting.

Professional PDF

Generate a project report that includes supported project and plan documentation.

Project ZIP package

Keep a portable project record for supported project files and metadata.

3D model

Create and share the project’s 3D model when one is available from capture.

Temporary support share

Create a troubleshooting workspace separate from the normal backup destination.

14-day support access

The current support-sharing workflow expires automatically after 14 days.

Support details

Copy app and device details from Help & Support when reporting a problem.
